Ideally suited for our Island climate, sash windows made from PVCu offer the realism of a traditional timber sliding sash window combined with 21st century thermal benefits – in addition to being fully secure. Fitting vertical sliding sash windows into new buildings gives the appearance of period character, as well as increase property value.
Unlike traditional sash windows that use a series of pulleys and lead weights, modern sash windows work effortlessly using spring balances that are concealed in the frame. Their well counterbalanced design means no more sticking, jamming or slipping.
An in-built tilt facility means the windows can be cleaned in safety from inside the house – so avoiding the need for ladders, and optional opening restrictors create secure ventilation by temporarily limiting the window opening more than a few inches – recommended if toddlers are living in the home.

If you really want to make a statement with your windows, there’s no better way to do it than with decorative glass windows. Whether you’re using classic leaded glass or clear frames, we have hundreds of designs and patterns available.
They will add a splash of colour to the exterior of your home and fill the indoors with delicately coloured natural light too. Available in obscure glass, decorative patterns, bevelled, leaded or coloured glass.
Our triple glazing is 40mm thick, with two 14mm air gaps to provide superior thermal performance. This is accomplished using our standard 70mm profile. We also fit our heavy duty fire hinges as standard & use extra reinforcing where required to allow for the extra weight. Other window companies have to use frames that can be over 100mm thick, which means re-plastering and extra fitting work. Our 70mm profile will fit perfectly into any modern British home.Our Triple glazing achieves a U-value of 1.0(W/m2.K) or less!
Triple glazing is approximately 40% more efficient than A-Rated double glazing, meaning you can save even more on your heating and energy bills. It will almost eliminate any internal condensation on the glass.
